Why we can't make a small App, give a smart phone or tab & ask G/N to upload the specific documents directly to a server...
This will secure the documents & remains the accuracy & correctness...
Can download the documents from any where with appropriate security measures...
And can keep the original at G/N's office or AGA office with sufficient protection which provide somewhat solution for the space issues in capital city offices...
